WE NEED A NATIONAL ID Card

ONE thing the Constitution IMPLIES
but SOME miss is
USE COMMON SENSE.

The ONLY Rules we really need are -
Tell the Truth
Live by the Golden Rule
and USE COMMON SENSE.

Does it make CSense
NOT to be able to PROVE who you are
at any time?
