An estimated 25.4 million people are infected in Africa,

up from 25 million last year.

2 million adults and children died from AIDS-related illnesses on the continent this year.

Eastern Europe and central Asia, 1.4 million people living with HIV,

an increase of 40 per cent from 2002.

East Asia, with a 50 per cent jump since 2002

women make up an increasing proportion of people with HIV.

How can anyone be THAT mean?????

How can anyone be as CRUEL, HATEFUL, and MEAN SPIRITED as Bush, and THAT CROWD to KNOW that condoms prevent some AIDS, unwanted Pregnancies, and Sexually Transmitted diseases, and NOT Promote Condom Education.
