We will watch on CSpan.
I thought YOU might have missed this.
============
Candidates can take notes with the paper and pen or pencil of their choice,
but the implements have to be
precleared by the Commission on Presidential Debates,
which will take custody of the devices and place them on the podiums.
Debate's rules go beyond obvious
Regulations cover all aspects of the event, from the makeup to the camera angles.
Basic rules
Here's how the debates will work:
• Each debate will take place before a live audience, have a single moderator and last for 90 minutes.
• In the first and third presidential debates and the vice presidential debate, the candidates
shall be seated with the moderator at a table.
• No opening statements; two-minute closing statements.
• A coin toss will determine the order of questioning and closing statements.
• Moderators will have discretion to ask follow-up questions.
• Each candidate can use his own makeup artist.Â
 Â
It took 32 pages in a "memorandum of understanding" to delineate the rules for the upcoming three presidential debates and one vice presidential debate.
Candidates can take notes with the paper and pen or pencil of their choice,
but the implements have to be
precleared by the Commission on Presidential Debates,
which will take custody of the devices and place them on the podiums.
Candidates cannot "use risers or any other device to create an impression of elevated height."
The rules also specifically allow each side to unleash an unlimited number of spinners into the media center after the debate.
There will be no television shots of anything other that the candidate who is speaking and the moderator.
No family-in-the-audience shots and
no shots of one candidate rolling his eyes while the other is talking.
Candidates need not worry about when they are on camera and when they are not. If they're talking, they're on camera. If they're not, they are not on camera.
Under the rules, the cameras will be locked in place but "may, however, tilt or rotate as needed."

to consider punishments against people on the list, including an arms embargo, freezing financial assets and expedited extradition.
"Harboring terrorists, their connivers and sponsors undermines the unity and mutual trust among participants in the anti-terrorist front,"

'Devastating' Secret Papers Reveal Pre-War Iraq Warnings
Foreign Secretary Jack Straw had written to Mr. Blair a year before the conflict saying post-war Iraq would pose major problems.
“They demonstrate that the Government agreed with the Bush administration on regime change in Iraq more than a year before military action was taken.
“The justifications offered on many occasions to Parliament and the public that the issue was one of WMD are shown to be a mechanism designed to get round the legal obstacles in international law against the removal of Saddam Hussein.

Why isn’t Bush doing something about Gas Prices? Early this week, the energy chief asked oil firms to keep prices at current levels this month to reflect the declining trend in world crude prices. Now, today, he urged oil companies to cut their retail prices in two weeks following the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries' (OPEC) decision to raise production quotas by a million barrels a day starting November 1.
This whole CBS Forgeries thing could be cleared up - If BUSH WOULD ANSWER QUESTIONS ABOUT HIS NATIONAL GUARD TIME. Bush is the guy that knows. Why won’t he answer?
The GOP are Experts at answering the WRONG Question. Questions about the Iraq Invasion.
Hitler’s theory was - Tell the LIE Over, and Over, and Over, and soon people believe it. A President that has been in office for 4 years should be campaigning on the good he has done, NOT on how bad his opponent is. But, I guess, if he has NOTHING GOOD to campaign on, what else can he do?

The WAY to stop looting after the Florida Hurricane is to SHOOT THEM DEAD.
They should shoot anyone that runs from the police.
In China - Pornographic Spammers get LIFE in Jail. Sounds good to me.
All we hear from the Bush side is - Anti-Kerry. Seems a President for 4 years would be BRAGGING about his accomplishments. But, there have been NONE.
IF LIVES ARE TO BE SAVED - CONDOMS MUST BE USED.
Because of BushÂs fight AGAINST CONDOMS = Men in Africa will only get 3 condoms per year.
Bush ONLY says he wants to fight AIDS - NOT SO!
